About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail oriented HR Executive (Female) to join our team at P-Tech. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and helping us build a positive workplace culture. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is eager to grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
• Support in performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are followed consistently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
