Sales Manager (British/American Accent)

We are looking for a Night Shift Sales Manager (British/ American accent) to lead our overnight sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to manage and motivate a remote or on-site team during non-traditional hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the night sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries to close sales.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to upper management.
• Train and coach new and existing sales representatives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure CRM systems are updated and maintained accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Individual with British or American accent.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts (12 AM – 8 AM, Monday to Saturday).
• Ability to work independently and manage a team under minimal supervision.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
