We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager with a strong commercial real estate background to support and drive the sales for our latest commercial project.

Job Description:

As the Sales Manager, you will play an essential role in the sales operations of our commercial project, strategizing, planning, and executing effective sales activities. Your role will involve direct interaction with potential clients, enhancing client relations to meet ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Sales Strategy Execution:

Use insights from client interactions and market trends to suggest strategy improvements.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and repeat business.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct research on competing commercial real estate offerings and trends in the market.

Identify opportunities that align with our project’s strengths and share insights to optimize positioning.

Project-Specific Marketing Coordination:

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials and campaigns accurately highlight the unique aspects of the commercial project.

Coordinate promotional events and site tours to attract potential clients and create project awareness.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure that all transactions comply with local regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in commercial real estate.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or sales management are a plus.

Proven ability to understand and communicate the value of commercial properties to clients.

Strong client-relations skills, with a focus on building long-term business relationships.

Knowledge of market trends specific to commercial real estate, particularly in the DHA or Islamabad area.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

Handling sales team.

Salary:

100-150K
