HR Executive (Female Preferred)

SDLC Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive (Female Preferred) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups).
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates.
• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Assist in attendance management and payroll input processes.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
• Handle general administrative and HR-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the HR field.
