Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internal communication tools.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, handle candidate communication, and collect feedback.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Support onboarding processes and employee joining formalities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all HR operations.
- Assist with HR operations, including leave management and attendance tracking.
