Key responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Sourcing: Use various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and job fairs, to find potential candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Interviewing: Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, write job descriptions, and provide updates on the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding: Help new hires transition into their roles by coordinating the onboarding process.
  • Offer management: Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates and extend job offers.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information, often using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
