HR Executive (Fresher)

We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to support end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in talent acquisition and hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities

Requirements

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Freshers welcome (0–1 year)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
