HR Executive (Generalist)

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding:
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain Employee master trackers and databases.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support audits and prepare required HR documentation.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance and feedback records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
