HR Executive (Generalist)

• Must have handled recruitments, on boarding, Joining Formalities, employee benefits, Exits.
• Freshers who are quick learners are welcomed.
• Looking for HR Generalist with minimum 1year of experience in HR field. (Training will be provided)
• Payroll management, Knowledge of Bonus calculation, gratuity, PF, ESIC registration, maintaining personal files of employees.
• Payment of House taxes trade license.
• Insurance renewals of Test ride two wheelers, Trade certificates insurance renewals.
• Managing Uniforms, ID cards.
• Following up with consultancy for statutory compliance as per Labour Laws.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
