  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other networking channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
