HR Executive (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer employee records, HR systems, and personnel documentation
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics for management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel with analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
