Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Bandra BKC, Mumbai

Salary: ₹4 – 4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

Employee engagement initiatives

Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

Performance management support

Drafting & maintaining HR policies

Handling employee queries & grievance redressal

Coordination with management for HR strategies

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

4–5 years of HR generalist experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices

Proficiency in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
