HR EXECUTIVE (HEAD OFFICE)

A person who possess sharp reflexes, overall background of the different aspects of HR, working in different directions, with different portfolios, develop business acumen, enabling him to initiate best HR practices meeting the requirement and demands of the Organization and also developing a conducive culture comprising upon the standards and overall productivity of the Organization.

He / She should be strategic partner of the organization, keeping in view all the limitations and economic usage of the available resources. To extract the overall productivity from cross sectional department should be the core element of his overall working.

· To control Late Comings and Absenteeism of the staff, through Counseling and issuing Memos and Show Cause Notices

· To evaluate the overall productivity of the staff by using different tools of the ‘Cost Benefit Analysis’.

· To manager the preparation of Payroll by formulating monitoring and compiling of daily attendance of the local and out station staff.

· To manage the filing, storage and security of staff files and relevant documents.

· Daily monitoring of Attendance System and its proper liaison.

· To prepare Monthly allowance of the local and out station staff.

· To support and design and implementation of HR Policies, Programs and services in view of Compensation, Human Performance System, Staffing, employee satisfaction, recognition and employee relations.

· Design appropriate salary and benefit programs to attract, retain and inspire employee’s satisfaction with the organization and the job.

· To develop motivational techniques for the retention of staff.

· To assist the Management in Career Planning and Succession Planning to ensure availability of qualified backups for critical positions in the organizations.

· Ensure legislative compliance of labour laws to the satisfaction of the respective regulatory authorities.

· Any other assignment given time to time by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
