Experience: Minimum 1–2 Years UAE Healthcare Experience (Mandatory)
Role Description:
The HR Executive will support day-to-day human resources operations within a healthcare environment. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations, and acting as a point of contact for staff HR-related queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years HR experience in UAE healthcare sector (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience with onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
- Familiarity with DHA/MOH/DOH healthcare requirements is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HR systems or ERP software is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and offer documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Coordinate visa, labor card, and licensing documentation with PRO team
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support HR audits and internal reporting requirements
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience using HRMS or ERP systems
- Basic reporting and data management skills
