Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance, leaves, and shift rosters for the night shift team
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary issues during night hours
Conduct initial interviews, telephonic screenings, and coordinate with hiring managers
Support onboarding and induction of new joiners on night shift
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation
Assist with payroll inputs, overtime calculations, and attendance data
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
Coordinate with security and operations teams for any night-shift employee concerns
Prepare daily/weekly HR reports for management
Promote employee engagement and welfare during night operations
