HR Executive / HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic HR processes and be eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.
  • Support payroll and attendance management.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Manage internship hiring and maintain candidate databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
