We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to handle daily HR operations, recruitment, attendance management, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be professional, people-oriented, and detail-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviews, and conducting the final round of interviews with the director.
- Line up candidates with hiring managers, handle the salary discussions, and conduct the smooth induction and onboarding process.
- Scheduling and tracking the shortlisted candidates for the interview. Meet the targets as per the recruitment plan
- Managing and maintain effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Complete the all documentation and joining formalities and process the background verification of new joiners
- Maintain and update the employee records, personal and attendance and leave records.
- Providing support in daily administrative tasks, for example vendor management & petty cash handling of company expenses.
Experience & Requirements:
- 6 months of experience is required in a recruitment role.
- Previous experience in IT hiring will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Comfortably using social media for sourcing the candidate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
