Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive with strong experience in recruitment for the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring teachers and staff for schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
• Drafting JDs, posting jobs on various platforms, and managing applications.
• Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Support in training & development initiatives
• Maintaining recruitment MIS and reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in education)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask

Experience: 0-3 Years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
