Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Stay updated, Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.n industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.
3. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and employees.
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
5. Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in Human Resources Management (optional but preferred)
