HR Executive (Internship)

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.

2. Talent Acquisition:

  • Stay updated, Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.n industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Coordinate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.

3. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

4. Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and employees.
  • Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

5. Employee Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Certification in Human Resources Management (optional but preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
