About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive Intern to assist with our current recruitment drive. The intern will play a key role in screening applicants and scheduling interviews, helping us close an open position efficiently within the given time frame.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or HR students to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and learn how hiring works in a professional software development environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and screen applications based on defined selection criteria.
  • Shortlist suitable candidates and update the ATS system.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews as per interviewer and candidate availability.
  • Communicate interview details and updates to candidates professionally.
  • Support the hiring manager in follow-ups and maintaining the recruitment tracker.
  • Record promising candidates in the CRM for future drives
  • Achieve and exceed daily targets to close the position fast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Available to commit to a 2-month internship period.
