About the Role:

As an HR Intern at Paywize, you’ll gain hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth people processes and contribute to building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support HR documentation, database management, and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and internal communication campaigns.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and internal communications.
• Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to improve processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduates in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Interest in recruitment and people management.
