We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage core human resource functions within our organisation. The role involves recruitment coordination, HR operations, employee relations, training support, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to support recruitment and improve candidate experience
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction
- Track recruitment performance and prepare weekly hiring target and progress reports
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, training, and exit processes
- Support employee training and development initiatives and maintain training records
- Assist in performance monitoring, appraisals, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Support employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies
- Assist with audits, HR documentation, and management presentations
- Provide ongoing HR support to employees and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience or internship exposure in HR operations or recruitment preferred
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HRIS systems and ATS platforms
- Understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data reporting tools
