About the Role

We are building a strong internal team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about recruitment, team building, and employee growth.

This internship is for 3 months, but after successful performance, the candidate will be promoted to a HR Executive.

If you are someone who loves working with people, creating structure, and developing a powerful internal team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring

  • Post job openings on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates effectively.
  • Conduct telephonic HR rounds and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers.
  • Build a strong internal team for Sales, Marketing, UI/UX, and Technical roles.

Team Building & Culture Development

  • Plan and execute team bonding activities.
  • Maintain positive communication between team members.
  • Help create a healthy and productive company culture.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of employees and suggest improvements.
  • Be the central point for team coordination and internal communication.

Training & Onboarding

  • Prepare onboarding documents, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth induction for new joiners.
  • Support in training sessions and HR policy setup.

HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance, leaves, and performance trackers.
  • Keep HR documentation updated and organized.
  • Assist senior management in daily HR tasks.
  • Handle employee queries professionally.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of hiring strategies
  • Ability to identify talent and build strong teams
  • Knowledge of basic HR functions
  • Organized, disciplined, and proactive
  • Comfortable with documentation, emails, and follow-up
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Sheets, Word)
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate or Pursuing Graduation
  • HR / MBA HR students preferred but not required
  • Freshers can apply

Growth Path First 3 Months ( Internship):

  • Training in HR fundamentals
  • Learn recruitment strategies
  • Learn corporate team building
  • Lead internal communication
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets

After 3 Months: HR Executive

  • Take full control of recruitment
  • Create HR policies & SOPs
  • Manage onboarding, payroll basics, and performance reviews
  • Conduct team meetings, training, and culture-building activities
  • Work closely with management for organizational development

Targets & KPIs Monthly Targets (During Internship)

  • Hire 4–8 candidates across multiple roles
  • Maintain 100% interview scheduling accuracy
  • Keep employee engagement activities minimum 2 per month
  • Maintain hiring sheet and internal trackers weekly

HR Executive Targets (After Internship)

  • Reduce hiring timelines
  • Maintain team stability & productivity
  • Conduct monthly team-building sessions
  • Improve retention & reduce turnover
  • Support management with HR insights

Pay: ₹12,676.66 - ₹35,035.42 per month
