We’re Hiring: HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Local candidates only)

Job Overview :
We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The candidate should be well-versed in HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. This position will be dedicated to supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management, and maintaining accurate and compliant HR records.
Experience :
2–3 years of experience in HR roles with hands-on experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling the entire recruitment process
Screening candidates and conducting interviews.
Hiring candidates and responsible for onboarding formalities.
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annually)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Participating in other activities/ process like audit, training, SOP creation/ revision process.
Manage employees’ grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Good written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records
management, and HR documentation.
Understanding of HR policies, SOPs, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and
employee lifecycle processes.
Experience in handling employee queries, maintaining HR databases/HRMS, and supporting audits or compliance activities.
Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
