We’re Hiring: HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Local candidates only)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Budget: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate/ Serving

Job Overview :

We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The candidate should be well-versed in HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. This position will be dedicated to supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management, and maintaining accurate and compliant HR records.

Experience :

2–3 years of experience in HR roles with hands-on experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

 Handling the entire recruitment process

 Screening candidates and conducting interviews.

 Hiring candidates and responsible for onboarding formalities.

 Design compensation and benefits packages

 Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annually)

 Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

 Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

 Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

 Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

 Participating in other activities/ process like audit, training, SOP creation/ revision process.

 Manage employees’ grievances

 Create and run referral bonus programs

 Measure employee retention and turnover rates

 Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

 Good written and verbal communication abilities.

 Experience in core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records

management, and HR documentation.

 Understanding of HR policies, SOPs, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and

employee lifecycle processes.

 Experience in handling employee queries, maintaining HR databases/HRMS, and supporting audits or compliance activities.

 Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
