Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage selection processes.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and background verification documentation.
  • Conduct onboarding orientation and ensure smooth joining processes.
  • Maintain employee personal files, ID cards, and HR records.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
  • Conduct engagement activities, team events, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
  • Support performance review cycles and appraisal processes.

4. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, work hours, and update HRMS/Excel trackers.
  • Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll inputs.
  • Assist in statutory compliance documentation: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.

5. HR Operations & Policy Implementation

  • Maintain and update HR policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage exit formalities including resignations, F&F, and exit interviews.
  • Support management in HR reports, MIS, and data analytics.

6. Coordination & Administration

  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Support general administration such as asset issuing, tracking, and coordination.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and skill development sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT or Tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and documentation work.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,711.27 - ₹35,000.00 per month
