Position: HR Executive - Lahore

Position Overview:

Cybernet is seeking a proactive and performance-driven HR Executive to join our Human Capital Management team in Lahore. This role offers a strong opportunity for an HR professional to contribute across core HR domains including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and HR analytics.

The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of HR best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through structured preboarding, documentation, orientation, and benefits enrolment processes
  • Develop and implement onboarding initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and line managers
  • Address employee concerns professionally while ensuring policy compliance and confidentiality
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, workplace practices, and labor regulations
  • Conduct grievance handling and workplace investigations, recommending fair and compliant resolutions

3. Performance Management & Learning

  • Support the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle including review scheduling and documentation
  • Assist managers in identifying training needs and implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs)
  • Maintain accurate training records and monitor learning and development initiatives

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS
  • Support development and implementation of HR policies aligned with legal and organizational requirements
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Prepare periodic HR reports including headcount, turnover, attendance, and engagement metrics

5. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination

  • Administer employee benefits including insurance, leave management, and related programs
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate closely with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse key HR metrics such as recruitment effectiveness, retention, and engagement
  • Maintain HR dashboards and generate analytical reports to support workforce planning and decision-making

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in talent management, employee relations, or HR operations.

· Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

· Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and MS Office applications.
