HR Executive (Male)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for F&B and airport passenger service roles.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and HR documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records & attendance.
• Process payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Coordinate training and performance appraisals.
• Support employee engagement and grievance handling.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate with 2–3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in F&B, QSR, aviation, hospitality services.
• Only Male candidate
• Strong recruitment & people management skills.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
