- Source potential candidates through online & offline channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs.
- Assist in managing the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive interview process.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresher’s or experienced candidates (0-1 Years), Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
