1 Be responsible in the involvement of recruiting in the entire hiring processes

3 Regular reporting and updates to the HR Head on recruiting progress.
4 Documenting and keeping the records of employee details.
5 Make ensure you know the rights obligations of employees.
6 Must be able to do sourcing in online platforms, updating job ads and conducting background
7 Update the requirements with the head management accordingly to determine the staffing needs ·
8 Developing and executing the recruiting plans.
9 Bridging and managing the employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issue
10 Manage and implement the recruitment selection process.
11 Oversee all the aspects of human resources practices and process.
12 Be in charge of action Recruits, Interviews, Hires and Trains new staff in the department.
13 Implicate in a systematic process of finding, identifying, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for specific job positions in an organization.
14 Research the roles of you are hiring and be able to emphasize with suitable candidates.
15 Be able to fill the pending positions within an organization.
16 Be Accessible for trainees needs and wants, as well as coordinate their learning and development initiatives for all employees.
