HR Executive (Male)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, proficiency in HRIS/HR management systems, and a strong background in managing day-to-day HR functions. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can support and enhance the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit formalities.

· Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/HR management systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Support payroll administration and leave/attendance management.

· Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.

· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analysis for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum BBA in HR (MBA in HR preferred).

· 2–3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing company.

· Hands-on experience with HRIS/HR management systems is mandatory.

· Strong understanding of HR policies.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
