HR Executive (Male)

Gulf Star Services is hiring a professional and organized HR Executive to manage daily human resource operations, recruitment support, employee coordination, and HR documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, detail-oriented, and experienced in

HR operations, hiring, and staff coordination.

The HR Executive will support management in maintaining HR policies, employee records, attendance, and smooth day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, screening, and shortlisting of candidates
• Coordinate interviews, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal procedures
• Handle staff coordination and basic employee relations
• Prepare HR reports and update management regularly
• Ensure discipline, compliance, and professional conduct

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Executive / HR Operations role
• Experience in recruitment and employee coordination preferred
• Good knowledge of HR documentation and office procedures
• Proficient in MS Office

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
