HR Executive/ Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and updating job descriptions
• Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms
• Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video)
• Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits
• Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and also helping them onboard
• Statutory Compliance
• Attendance, Payroll, Salary Process.
• Leave management
• Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling.
• Company and HR Policies making and implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
• HR sourcing: 1 year (Required)
