Position: HR Executive / HR Manager (Mid-Level)

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for new and replacement positions
  • Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities
  • Conduct structured onboarding for new hires
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Handle HR documentation including letters, confirmations, and exit formalities

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Assist in HR policy formulation, updates, and implementation
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and internal investigations when required

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
  • Support leadership development and internal training initiatives

Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements
  • Analyze attrition trends and recommend retention strategies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or HR Manager

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience handling HR audits and compliance
  • Exposure to performance management systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
