Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Retention Executive/Manager (Female) with 3–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The role focuses on employee engagement, reducing attrition, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement retention and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct stay interviews, employee check-ins, and handle grievances.
  • Monitor early attrition and support timely interventions.
  • Organize engagement activities and drive culture-building programs.
  • Maintain retention dashboards, reports, and employee data.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand concerns and improve employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology.
  • 3–4 years’ experience in retention, engagement, or HR operations.
  • Mandatory experience in the pharma industry.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality.
