  • Skills:Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and on boarding of candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare or update job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment consultancies.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and respective department heads or hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fit based on role-specific requirements and hospital standards.
  • Maintain and regularly update the talent pool and candidate databases for future hiring needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.


Qualification:MBA or Above


Experience:3+ years (Healthcare Industry only)
