Pharmacy Incharge

The Pharmacy Incharge is responsible for overall management and smooth operation of the pharmacy. Key duties include supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring accurate dispensing of medicines, maintaining proper inventory and stock levels, and complying with regulatory and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with doctors and suppliers, monitoring expiry dates, and ensuring proper storage of drugs. The Pharmacy Incharge also handles billing, record keeping, and audits, while providing guidance to patients on medication usage. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations are essential.
