HR Executive - Manufacturing

Job Title: HR Executive – Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Handle shop-floor recruitment and joining formalities
• Maintain attendance and employee records
• Support payroll inputs and leave management
• Ensure PF, ESI, statutory compliance
• Handle employee grievances and coordination
• Support induction, safety training, and HR activities

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA / MSW (HR)
• 4–5 years HR experience in manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of labour laws
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
