HR Executive - Morning & Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. You will be the go-to expert for all generalist HR activities, playing a key role in fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. If you are passionate about people and processes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate reports for management.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
