Autism Center of Excellence is a leading autism therapy center based in Durham, North Carolina, providing high-quality ABA services to children aged 2–16 in a warm, family-focused environment.
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive (Night Shift) to support and scale our India operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes initiative, and is ready to independently manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities (Night Shift Role)
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and SOPs in line with Indian labor laws and people-first practices.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain essential HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, compliance paperwork, and employee files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory tasks (PF, ESIC, compliance filings) in partnership with finance and external consultants.
- Maintain accurate HR records, monitor key metrics, and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working the Night Shift (US hours).
- 2–3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years handling responsibilities independently or in a senior capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, or Darwinbox.
- Background in startups or fast-growing organizations.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools like Zoho Recruit, ChatGPT, and Notion.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
