HR Executive - Night Shift

Autism Center of Excellence is a leading autism therapy center based in Durham, North Carolina, providing high-quality ABA services to children aged 2–16 in a warm, family-focused environment.

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive (Night Shift) to support and scale our India operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes initiative, and is ready to independently manage the full spectrum of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities (Night Shift Role)

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and SOPs in line with Indian labor laws and people-first practices.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain essential HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, compliance paperwork, and employee files.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory tasks (PF, ESIC, compliance filings) in partnership with finance and external consultants.
• Maintain accurate HR records, monitor key metrics, and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working the Night Shift (US hours).
• 2–3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years handling responsibilities independently or in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, or Darwinbox.
• Background in startups or fast-growing organizations.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools like Zoho Recruit, ChatGPT, and Notion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
