HR Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management (Core Focus):

· End-to-end processing of monthly payroll ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.

· Computation of variable pay, bonuses, and reimbursements.

· Ensuring compliance with statutory deductions.

  • Reporting & Data Analysis:

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR dashboards.

· Manage the "Balance Profile" : Reconcile headcount data, track manpower budgets vs. actuals, and maintain employee cost sheets.

· Generate ad-hoc reports regarding attrition, demographics, and leave balances for leadership.

  • Compliance & Auditing:

· Maintain accurate payroll records for internal and external audits.

· Ensure data integrity between the HRIS, Attendance systems, and Payroll software.

Qualification Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in BBA (HR) / MBA (HR) / BS in Human Resource Management

· 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.

· Fresh candidates with strong HR internships may apply (for HR Officer level)

· Basic knowledge of Pakistan Labor Laws

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
