The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance with Omani labor laws, employee relations, and administrative HR processes. The role ensures smooth HR functioning while maintaining legal compliance and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and offer letters.

Arrange onboarding activities including documentation, induction, and system access.

Coordinate with PRO/administration for visa, medical, MOL clearance, and related formalities.
2. Employee Records & Documentation

Maintain accurate employee files (contracts, IDs, visas, leave, attendance).

Update HR systems and trackers regularly.

Prepare HR letters: appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, and exit letters.
3. Payroll & Attendance

Collect and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data.

Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with Oman WPS and statutory deductions.

Coordinate with Finance for salary, final settlements, and benefits.
4. Compliance & Labor Law

Ensure adherence to Oman Labor Law, MOL regulations, and internal HR policies.

Support compliance with Omanization requirements and reporting.

Assist in audits, inspections, and government documentation when required.
5. Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.

Support grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and workplace conduct matters.

Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Performance & HR Processes

Support performance management processes (probation reviews, appraisals, PIP).

Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvement.

Prepare HR reports, headcount, turnover, and compliance dashboards.
7. Exit & Offboarding

Coordinate resignations, exit interviews, clearance processes, and final settlements.

Ensure return of company assets and system deactivation.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of HR experience
in Oman.

Strong knowledge of
Oman Labor Law, WPS, MOL procedures, visas, and Omanization.

Experience in payroll coordination and HR operations preferred.
