Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Female HR Executive to handle recruitment, documentation, and HR administration for our growing care network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full HR cycle — hiring to exit.
• Maintain employee database and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with management and staff teams.
• Support employee engagement and welfare programs.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in HR or admin.
• Good communication in Tamil and English.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
