Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive with hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS tools and remote team coordination. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with digital HR systems, monitoring tools, and data workflows. This role involves supporting daily HR operations, attendance tracking, payroll preparation, recruitment, and employee engagement.This position is suited for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow in HR while supporting a fully or partially remote workforce.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & HRIS Management

  • Manage and update HRIS/HRMS systems, ensuring accurate employee records and real-time data updates.
  • Operate monitoring and workforce tracking tools; extract data and generate reports for attendance, productivity, and compliance.
  • Maintain attendance logs, timesheets, leave records, and ensure timely reconciliation for payroll processing.
  • Support end-to-end payroll preparation by providing complete, accurate, and verified data.
  • Assist in the recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, and conducting onboarding sessions.
  • Manage digital documentation for new hires, including contracts, forms, and orientation files.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and company procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating remote employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance workflows.
  • Ensure HR data confidentiality and adhere to company HR and data management standards.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from HRMS/monitoring tools for management review.
  • Provide data support for performance reviews, audits, and HR analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 year of experience, but mandatory hands-on experience using HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Experience working with or supporting remote teams is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with employee monitoring tools, attendance systems, or productivity trackers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
