HR Executive Operation (Female)

We Are Hiring – HR Executive (Operations) | Female Only

Naeem Hospital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations within the hospital or healthcare sector, with strong knowledge of attendance management, employee records, HR documentation, compliance, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operational activities and employee records.
• Maintain employee personal files, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift records.
• Prepare HR letters including employment certificates, experience letters, warning letters, and other official documents.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and employee data.
• Maintain and update employee databases and HR reports.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper management of employee records.
• Coordinate with departments regarding attendance, staff issues, and HR operational matters.
• Assist in implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities and workplace discipline procedures.
• Handle routine employee queries related to HR operations.
• Assist in performance evaluation documentation and HR audits.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant HR Operations experience, preferably in hospital/healthcare sector
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information
• Experience in attendance management, payroll support, and HR administration preferred
