HR Executive (Operations)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role will focus on supporting compensation & benefits and ensuring the seamless execution of daily HR activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in human resources.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, including medical claims and reimbursements.
  • Respond to employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Organize and manage employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support for HR audits and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or an internship in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
