We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. This role will focus on supporting compensation & benefits and ensuring the seamless execution of daily HR activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in human resources.
Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS and personnel files.

Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, and exit formalities.

Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related correspondence.

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate employee benefits, including medical claims and reimbursements.

Respond to employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.

Assist in compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Organize and manage employee engagement activities.

Provide administrative support for HR audits and reporting.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience in HR operations or an internship in a similar capacity.

Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
