We’re Hiring: HR Executive – Operations
Location: Lahore
Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 80,000
Experience Level: Mid-Level | Full-Time

Our client from the Telecom Industry is looking for a highly organized and operations-driven HR Executive who can independently manage HR operations across multiple zones and hubs. The ideal candidate should have strong operational expertise, excellent Excel skills, and hands-on HR coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and operational hubs
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and offboarding processes
• Maintain and regularly audit HRIS records to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with field operations teams and departmental managers for HR support
• Assist recruitment operations including interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding support
• Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR operational queries professionally
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using advanced Excel functions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labor laws
• Coordinate employee insurance processes including enrollments, claims, and vendor follow-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–4 years of relevant HR Operations experience, preferably in Telecom or a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, Data Management, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and HR operational reporting
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple HR operational activities simultaneously
