Graduation or Equivalent degree in HR Certification in payroll management or relevant HR certifications is a plus

Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. - HCM Exposure: Experience with Oracle HCM or any other leading Human Capital Management (HCM) software. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and employee data. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. - Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and management.
