We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and recruitment. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
* End-to-end monthly payroll processing.
* Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll consultants.
* Maintain payroll records and employee salary files.
* Ensure timely filing and maintenance of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
* Handle Shops & Establishment compliance, renewals, and inspections.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring dashboards.
* Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
* Address employee queries related to payroll, PF/ESIC, leaves, and policies.
Skills:
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, and basic labor laws.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
