Job Title: HR Executive (Payroll / Recruitment / Welfare)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee welfare. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
  • Support management with HR reports and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR software (HRMS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
