HR Executive - Performance Evaluation

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance management frameworks (KPIs & KRAs)
  • Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to set individual and team performance targets
  • Lead the performance appraisal cycle, including mid-year and annual reviews
  • Monitor and track employee performance regularly; provide analytical performance reports
  • Identify underperformance trends and support managers with action plans
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention
  • Coordinate training and development plans based on performance outcomes
  • Maintain HR policy documentation related to performance and evaluation processes
  • Ensure timely feedback sessions and continuous performance conversations
  • Support organizational goals through strategic talent management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in performance management, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced industry
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, KRAs, and performance appraisal methods
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR analytics tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive information discreetly
